At Lifeline Community Outreach Center, Inc., our supportive housing programs help individuals sustain their housing and work toward recovery and self-sufficiency. We equip them with life skills and prepare them for home ownership and self-employment.
We partner with various organizations and clients who are homeless or at risk of becoming homelessness, providing emergency shelter, permanent supportive housing or transitional housing since 2018.
Permanent Supportive Housing
Permanent Supportive Housing is housing that homeless men never have to leave. Living at our location offers continual support as needed. Of course, as they stabilize, they may choose to move to other affordable housing.
Emergency Shelter
We partner with various organization providing rental assistance for emergency shelter to house their homeless men on a daily or weekend basis as beds are available.
Transitional Housing
Transitional housing program primarily serves individuals who have jobs in the community. The goal of our transitional housing program is to facilitate the transition out of the shelter and into permanent housing. Lifeline bridges the gap in the continuum of care for homeless individuals in Metro Atlanta.
