We provide human and social services to individuals in the community who are having obstacles and barriers to meeting their basic needs. Our target populations are veterans, ex-offenders, recovery addicts and the un-housed.
- Lifeline is a non-profit in the State of Georgia that assist persons with shelter and basic needs (food, clothing, housing, medical and transportation).
- In addition, our organization offers and partner with community organizations to provide financial literacy, workforce development, mental health services, recovery support services, employment assistance, life skills, transportation, and financial literacy to help them transition into productive citizens in our community.
- Our Case Management which is a wraparound approach practice of Intake and assessment of needs; face-to-face meetings; reassessments and case conferencing; crisis management; case closure; development and implementation of independent living and housing stabilization with a goal of transitioning clients to affordable permanent housing.
